Rob Wipond Another patient who was believed to be homeless by the psychs, asserted he owned a home in an expensive suburb, which the psychs wrote off as delusional without doing a title search online to verify that he in fact owned a home there. Too many more examples

Rob Wipond I remember one patient who was angry to be detained and stated she knew her rights bc she's a lawyer. Psychs called that delusional. Eventually the risk manager of the hospital just looked up her name on the state bar website and told the psychs she's actually a lawyer

A man reported his identity stolen. A judge locked him up in a psychiatric hospital due to his 'delusional belief' that he was someone else. It only took the psychiatrists 3 years to figure out their patient was, in fact, a victim of identity fraud.
