Going up against the number 2 seed in the WS semi this morning at 10:40 (BST +1), and then face her and her partner in the XD semi in the afternoon at 14:00 (BST +1) - the pair we beat in last week’s final! 💪🏼

TWO MEDALS SECURED!!! 🔥

This morning saw me play and beat 🇹🇼 in the WS QF 21-15 21-16.
And in the afternoon we played 🇵🇪 and won 21-4 21-7 - topping our group and advancing to the KOs!

Tomorrow I will face India in both of my SFs! 💪🏼

Day 3 - QFs day 🇪🇸🏸

WS QF v Chinese Taipei this morning 10:40 (BST +1). 💪🏼
And have the last XD group match v Peru this afternoon at 16:40 (BST +1) which will determine which of us will top the table; but through to the SFs either way! 🔥

It’s been a long, old day but buzzing to be 3 for 3 tonight!

Kicked off the day beating 🇫🇷🇺🇦 21-1 21-3 in the XD.

In the afternoon I had both of my WS group matches - firstly 🇺🇦 which I won 21-10 21-4, then topped the group with a win over 🇵🇪 21-18 21-11. Through to the KOs! 💪🏼

Buzzing to have reached the XD final after beating 🇵🇪 in the semis 16-21 21-10 21-14 earlier today!! 🔥

Unfortunately couldn’t convert my WS semi and fell short to the 2nd seed from 🇵🇪 11-21 11-21. Still pleased to be coming home with a bronze. 🥉
