Investment in a strong pastoral system including counsellors, an ADHD coach and well paid dedicated staff is an absolute must.

Raising awareness to the red flags and, treating them as such is imperative.

Checking with students to uncover study habits, sleep patterns and general health is imperative.

Having open dialogue about ADHD symptoms is imperative.
