We are neurologically programmed to focus on the negative to keep us safe. This inbuilt negative bias means that it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Capturing meaningful moments can remind us of all that is good, helping us feel more grounded.

Jane Willis We had a festival last year for people with a learning disability or additional needs. My favourite evaluation was the feedback quilt everyone created! Some people couldn’t write, so they used colour and shapes to express how they felt. Beautifully simple.

You build a beautiful workshop or programme.

The participants feel centred. Heard.

And then.

A questionnaire can unravel that profound and creative experience.

Build the skills to transform your evaluation processes on my Creative Evaluation course:

Why are we measuring creative programmes without creativity?

Even small changes, like using the reflective writing game Evaluation Consequences, can transform giving feedback into something fun and engaging.
