Post-Festival of Faith and Writing reading no. 4 - Hereverent by Katie Manning! Each poem uses the last chapter of the book of the Bible as a word bank. These poems are inspired by Hebrews and Job. Such creative meditations on the tensions in Scripture + faith.

On #EarthDay , 2022, we launched the Artists for Climate Justice Fund to support climate justice solutions through the arts.

Since then, we’ve raised $3,200+ for sustainable development in the Ecuadorian Amazon.

This is only the beginning.

My phone is still dead. I wouldn't call that The Tortured Poets Department though. :) I've noticed that my head feels less busy, but I'd still like to have a phone. (I think I'll be turning off some notifications when I have mine again.)

I told Anna Leahy yesterday that I think shoe companies are missing out on sponsoring professors. A lot of people see me on my feet in class, at meetings, at conferences, at readings... and I was wearing some really cute rothys today. :D

My phone died today. This feels fitting for the semester I'm having. If you need me, options include:
1) Call my spouse.
2) Send me an email or a letter.
3) Shout your message to a bird.
4) Stand below my window playing music.
5) Decide you didn't really need me after all.
