I made a new torture device I mean uhh ... weights.

So basically I got some shoe laces tied them to a dumbbell core (just the bar).

There is a lug at the bottom of the laces to keep weights on. Twist the bar to bring them up, let them back down. Making your own weights is fun!

I have moved to doing sets of 25 with the heavier kettlebells. It makes it much easier to keep track of.

That is 2000 lbs (one ton)/set.

It is far more simple to say I lifted 10 tons today than trying to work out the lbs on varying things etc.
