Family favourite made! Leftover egg yolks turned into lemon curd using #glasgowcookerybook recipe. Have to admit it’s my first attempt but quite pleased with the outcome. One Pavlova ready for son and daughter-in-law as they’re not allowed! ☹️ Happy New Year when it comes! 🥂🍾🎉
