Last week I went to Germany to present my research at an academic conference. Shocking to find out that our newly elected university rector can't do the same thing. I hope University of Glasgow will speak out about this.
As the contract is signed and the writing well underway, I can announce that my book, ‘Electric Wind’, an energy history of modern Britain, will be published with Manchester University Press in Spring 2025 ⚡️🌬️
