Ben Laurie alluded to a core issue behind building a Timelock system (and many other systems) in his Levchin price talk #realworldcrypto , we don't have 'secure time'! AFAIK the closest we have for now is drand, leveraging a threshold network to dilute trust!

How does FUZD maintain secrecy❓

🔺It's a modular system with one executor and one decryptor.

🔺Using drand time-lock encryption, players encrypt their data in the client and send it to FUZD

🔺FUZD can then only decrypt and execute it when the time comes.
