Apparently the staff at my endocrinologist office are too stupid to realize that my primary care physician probably has no interest in my FMLA forms since they don’t treat my diabetes for which would cause my intermittent leave

So after talking to my endo’s office they don’t want to take any ownership of signing FMLA forms because they don’t want to vouch for the patient not being able to go to work due diabetes complications because “we don’t know what they’re doing when they’re not at work”

Another specialist not willing to help with my intermittent leave. This wants me to come in whenever I have the problem. How the fuck do I predict when I have the problem? So without this again my “wonderful” employer can continue to gaslight me about getting fired. Fuck this

Employees at my job lost his newborn after an emergency c section. They have a young child so of course his wife won’t be able to take care of the child for quite some time. How much time was he allowed to take off to help his wife? One week. This company is a complete shit show

Oh and did I mention I’m currently under disciplinary action because neither my endo or cornea specialist are willing to properly fill out my intermittent leave paperwork. Any suggestions New York Life would greatly appreciated
