UNICEF Hon Lati Lelelit Lenaika-Surutia Samburu County Government Today, the UNICEF team led by Cecilia Scharp paid a visit to the exploratory borehole drilling site in Baragoi town, Samburu County. Here, UNICEF Kenya has successfully sunk a borehole to provide the local community with a reliable water supply.
The team also visited the Raraiti water project in Samburu East, where UNICEF , in partnership with the Samburu County Government, rehabilitated and solarized a borehole thanks to funding from Sweden in Kenya.
