Problem was you could get a way more luxurious ICE ride with a further range & more speed for the cost

Still a dope piece of history

This can vary a lot depending on the engine but in general it runs from $150 for a 4 cylinder, to $500 for a more difficult v8

If you have a 4 cylinder, you can buy tools and do the job in 20 minutes saving on even the first job

The 4 for $4 is now 4 for $6-7
