This needs to be spoken about- Sadly we lost the lovely Michael Byrne to suicide last week,we lost Liam Treadwell & James Banks in 2020 also to suicide. This picture taken from James Facebook shows 4 of them together, only one survives. It’s chilling. All retired jockeys.

People wonder why Ireland are streets ahead of the UK... UK courses have to try and work with trainers. I tried to get TWO horses on for a gallop on a track recently and was told they couldn't accommodate. British Horseracing Authority National Trainers Federation

Over 200 horses schooled FairyhouseRacecourse the other day. On this occasion they trailed the new EASYFIX Equine hurdle. These types of session happen on a weekly basis across Ireland. Wouldn’t it be great if National Trainers Federation trainers had similar levels of opportunity?
