An exciting day for Springfield as we marked the opening of 31 Elm. I am pleased that this project benefitted from $12M in historic tax credits, an initiative of which I’ve been a staunch supporter. This building is a pillar in the city’s downtown & will reinvigorate Court Square

On this #EarthDay2024 , we celebrate President Biden announcing $7B in grant awards through Solar for All, including $156M for MassDOER. Thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act, this program will lower energy costs & reduce pollution in underserved communities.
