'Ripley' is superb. Very 'Torn Curtain' in its slow and painful treatment of murder and clean up. So many brilliant set pieces. And the use of that lift ...!

One of my favourite moments in all of the 'League' came from Pop describing 'Watership Down'. 'You see Patricia, the magic lies in the fact that although they are rabbits, really they talk and act like people'. (Pop is lost for a moment in the wonder of this conceit). 😂
