It felt like a great idea. I haven’t been on the road in almost a decade. I really want to go and thug it out but this “Cupacabra” rollout has my full attention.

The song me & Quik are dropping this week is super special to me. Being able to introduce Channel Tres to Quik was a huge moment for Compton art. Adding Free Nationals was the moment I didn't see coming. Then Jay Worthy sent in George Clinton vocals out of no where 🤯🤯🤯

As someone who allowed ego to destroy something beautiful we were building, I know how important this time is. It doesn’t come around often. And it’s not “Fuck everybody that ain’t us”. It’s more, “we like our shit just as much as yall like yall shit”. I love music, all coast.
