NEW: The U.S. Chamber, Business Roundtable and other biz groups have sued the FTC to block its ban on noncompete agreements.
The FTC voted 3-2 Tuesday to pass the new rule, which would bar new noncompetes and wipe away existing agreements covering 30M workers. thehill.com/business/46177…

In 2018 that jumped to 41% as he came off presidential run.
