CONFIRMED: Nicole Berner as Circuit Court judge for the 4th Circuit.

I was so proud to fight for her confirmation.

She's a labor lawyer with 17+ years of fighting for people at SEIU.

And she's now the 1st openly LGBTQ+ person on the 4th Circuit.
