The #EurekaPrizes were fantastic last night! While our perovskite solar window team missed out on the podium, I was was thrilled that we were among such strong finalists, not to mention that Monash University was involved in the winning sustainability and interdisciplinary awards.
Congratulations to the Perovskite Solar Window Team, Jacek Jasieniak, Monash University, @Monashengineers and CSIRO announced as a finalist for the 2023 #EurekaPrizes ANSTO Award for Innovative Use of Technology.
A group led by Professor Jacek Jasieniak, in partnership with CSIRO, is developing windows that generate solar electricity using semi-transparent solar cells made from metal halide perovskites. They're #EurekaPrizes finalists for Innovative Use of Technology.
Great to hear that two @monashuni Monash Engineering led projects - The Perovskite Solar Window and the Economic Fairways Mapper - are finalists for the 2023 #EurekaPrizes Australian Museum Australian Museum Eureka Prizes. Best of luck to Jacek Jasieniak, Jenny Zhou, and Stuart Walsh. monash.edu/news/articles/…
