You owe yourself a better you. Two months of the year has passed, and if you aren’t doing the things that you said you would, it’s not too late to start. Start with daily goals, and then move to achieve things on a weekly basis. Don’t lose hope in yourself yet.

When I get tired, overwhelmed, and exhausted I remind myself that I spent nights praying to be where I am now. I’m being more intentional about practicing gratitude to God, because I’m only in this position as a result of my answered prayers.

I miss being able to study with complete focus for hours. Now I read one sentence and check my phone to see if penguins have legs or just feet
