Staff refusing to serve a black woman or a Muslim woman or a trans woman simply because she is black/Muslim/trans/a woman are engaged in unlawful discrimination. You don’t have a right to do that.

Unpopular opinion, and perhaps won’t make me any friends - but the way some of the louder gender critical voices compose themselves does little to move the conversation forward in a productive way. If anything, they’re making it more difficult 🙄

One of the depressing things about the assault on academic freedom is that curiosity gets extinguished. If you're vaguely interested in a topic, but engaging means exposing yourself to risk, you'll likely err on the side of caution and avoid investigating further.
