400kV bushing be removed from a 240MVA auto-transformer in Norfolk. This is a porcelain clad, paper / oil / foil oil to air bushing. The transformer is being replaced. All old equipment off to recycling 🌎🌍🌏

Totally enthralled with this 3C 132kV internal pressure cable. Can’t stop admiring it. It’s got to be given permanent office space somewhere / somehow ❤️

3 core, 132kV, 0.6in^2, mass impregnated paper, H-type, lead sheathed, steel reinforced internal pressure cable. 74 years old. 3 core 132kV is not a item one encounters every day 😍🇬🇧

Clever piece of supergrid jiggery pokery here where two double 400kV circuits duck under / over each other on squat towers. Unlike twin and earth or flex, it’s not always straightforward to get circuits around each other. We need space to do this on air. Clever designs 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

My darling wife is a bugger for leaving tissues all over her side of the bed. Often neatly under the pillow, but they escape. I’m constantly binning them 🤧 🗑️
