In all seriousness, I thought one of the Mavericks’ biggest weaknesses at times last season was an opponent’s ability to win in the guts of the ice and around the net. Way too many “easy” goals. Luke Strand and Co. definitely hoping some added heft makes MSU a harder team.

Brutal. That team was destined to fail and fail miserably the last two seasons. I think Quinn is a hell of a hockey coach. He didn’t stand a chance there.
