DOJ & UAP:

Kirkpatrick’s statement that the *Department of Justice* has Grusch’s complaint “since it’s part of a criminal investigation” is *fascinating.*

I looked up the law governing the IC IG (50 USC 3033).

The only references to DOJ involve possible *criminal prosecution.*

The Bottom Line:

AARO, at least under Kirkpatrick, has proven to be a thoroughly disingenuous actor (see, e.g., the “Eglin UAP” report, Kirkpatrick’s absurd “Gimbal”comments).

Grusch, on the other hand, testified *under oath,* with a *former IC IG* sitting directly behind him.

Another aspect of Kirkpatrick's struggles to speak with Dave was his scathing letter aimed at him following the July 2023 Hearing.

That letter doesnt exactly cry out 'dude I really want to speak to you, you can totally trust me to be fair and impartial.'

The big elephant in the room in regards to the AARO has been Kirkpatrick's advisors, whose names the DoD refuses to release.

Believe me, there are a lot of legacy keepers panicking and desperate to know what Dave knows.

George Knapp (George Knapp) succinctly breaks down the fly-paper operation that is AARO: 'They just release something for the sole purpose of using it as a propaganda tool... and to discredit the subject.'

And we wonder why UFO whistleblower David Grusch was hesitant to speak to…

This is why the Schumer Amendment was so important with its introduction of an Independent Review Board.

Aside from this, believing that the DoD and IC could conduct a rigorous investigation in good faith in regards to illegalities which would plunge them in crisis is naive.

AARO staff have been unwilling to address in writing the specific handling of classified compartmented information, such as the CIA Directorate of Operations’ compartmented data on human sources and non-UAP related but adjacent compartmented programs.

Ball is in AARO'S court.

Because they have nothing of real substance on him, expect character assassination.

That's all they have.

A bunch of people, including Kirkpatrick are frustrated.

The fact no one can dismiss Dave Grusch's allegations drives them crazy.

It keeps them awake at night and gives them nightmares.

Because Dave is legit, smart and knows where the bodies and craft are buried.
