Alison Baulos I’m sure that it’s correlated (adjusted for cost of living)! Higher wages allow you to hire better workers and also reduce turnover.

Chris M. Herbst and I have a paper on the effect of min wage increases & one finding is that ⬆️MW leads to ⬆️Arnett scores!
