10X Genomics@ Xenium training done. Now actual sample processing 10x Genomics bunch of data with newly added Cell Segmentation cocktail @ excited about the final result.
Based on new 10x Genomics Xenium data generated Fred Hutch Innovation Lab Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, we used Proseg to analyze cell type proximities (random walks) to find that CXCL13+ CD8 T cells tend to colocalize with tumor cells in heavily infiltrated RCC tumors. (5/n)
