Tom Reed This is a fundamental problem with the globalisation of the EPL. You’ve got a minority of overseas owners and coaches of clubs *only* attracted by its extraordinary wealth, who have become decision-makers and legitimising voices in how the majority of the game should be run.

Not good enough.

Clubs want a say in the future of this competition and the future of the game, a game that you’ve mismanaged for decades.

Who will lead an FA Cup protest though? Plenty of behind the scenes campaigning but little cohesive direct action organisation on a national level as compared to Germany.

Good on Tranmere Rovers for an unequivocal statement against scrapping FA Cup replays.

No idea how the changes can stand if EFL, National League & grassroots clubs nor FA Council members were consulted as stated.

Need more clubs & orgs to follow suit.

The scrapping of replays from the First Round Proper is patently a disgrace.

There are 732 teams that compete in the FA Cup. I'd like to see the consultation with non-League, The FSA and all other stakeholders.

To see the FA agree to this in its own competition is rank.
