Friday saw possibly the most picturesque civic event in Ipswich so far. Raising money for Councillor Elango K Elavalakan the mayor’s charities aboard the 19th century, Ipswich made, Barge Victor. The docks and River Orwell looking majestic from the water! 👌🌅⚓️
