Our DIBS committee at #paid scheduled spontaneous meetings with random people across the company this week to see what would happen. Turns out, spontaneous social culture is still alive and well, we just need to provoke it a little.

We can't take care of our customers and community of creators without first taking care of our team. Tomorrow, the #paid team will be OOO on a wellbeing day. Despite the record quarter we are in the middle of, we know a healthy, well-rested team will lead to a record year.
