Summer has arrived in Graz - warm until (hopefully) early October, with the occasional weird cold snap no doubt. Hope the sun is shining with you.

No sugar in coffee (or in anything), no more processed foods, substituted milk for Oatly, drink a lot of water or green tea - shock of shocks, lost weight and feel much better about myself. Strange that eh? I was putting a teaspoon of sugar in every hot drink twice a day. Crazy.

I was on a local bus - they’re mostly former US school ones, totally battered, shocking brakes that you can smell when applied). They had lots of graffiti on the back of the seats (“Katie ❤️ Chad ‘79” is one I remember). I got off and took this:

We could probably name 100 #1980s songs that take us back, but the one that’s top of my personal pops is a piece of music. I can smell our carpet, hear the kettle, & I can see dad heading off up the road in our old Rover 2000.

I have an idea to make it clearer as it's a bit busy, but the idea is cities in black show the final destinations for international flights. It makes Seeb look like Heathrow! We picked it up in Muscat, it was supposed to leave at 1am, but often 3am. No wonder passengers looked knackered when we boarded!

Time to make some tee shirts for the summer. Every year, a new theme. This year, '80s soft drinks I remember from Oman. Might be nice- or possibly kitsch as hell. I will try to make them both!
