@xodanix3_ I had a phone call with Robin from Magnolia Pearl last year about this. It was a Category 5 white savior shitstorm. She literally said, 'If I don't save Native American culture then it will die! you don't even know your language!' She's not right in the mind.

@xodanix3_ She ranted at me for an hour for being ungrateful, told me that her father painted Quanah Parker, that her mother was an adopted Comanche, it was a lot of nonsense & before she hung up on me she said 'I will never stop using Native American imagery in my work.'

@xodanix3_ I had the convo on speaker & she was so unhinged that my teenage son who was mad at me for being grounded came all the way down 3 flights of stairs to hug me so honestly I came out on top overall (but that lady seems violent as heck & I wouldn't recommend anybody confront her)

@xodanix3_ I did get the shops in my town to stop carrying her clothes, they were very open to listening to a resident and it was a lot less dramatic than talking to the owner herself lol
