Gutted to see the redundancies at openDemocracy - the UK is losing so many vital independent journalists and outlets at the moment, there are real implications for scrutiny of politicians and corporates. Solidarity with everyone laid off.

By age 20 I had already:
- Become a manager
- Ran for election twice
- Taken out £50,000 in student loans
- Rented my own home
- First aid trained
- Lifeguard
- Solo travelled to another country
