Keeping an eye on the proceedings Temple Church this week are these two Magna Carta Barons from the House of Lords. They are not made out of chocolate (!) - they are copper electroform, painted.

Could today be any more beautiful? We kick off at 11am in Temple Church with the next instalment of BachProject48. Meanwhile over in The Inner Temple our amazing string team have arrived for a day of rehearsals. Spirits are high!

Bravo Thomas Allery & Temple Singers on a deeply moving rush-hour concert of choral laments. The Rubbra Tenebrae (3rd Nocturne) and the Mauersberger (Wie liegt die Stadt so wüs) were so powerful! Breathtaking stuff.

We're delighted to announce that The Tipperary pub on Fleet Street has reopened to the public after three years of closure.

It will be the first of several new and restored pubs coming into operation in the City over the next few years.
