2. Then why the decline in voters in 2024 in a great no. of constituencies the Oppn. won in 2019 & is expected to do well in 2024?

This was fun, but actually really hard. I'm an incrementalist by nature, and reimagining an institution was difficult. It Is quite rare for lawyers to do institutional design, I feel (Tarun Khaitan excepted)!
