My personal advice is, If there’s no foundational money or strong family backing. Enter UK first, then push from there.

-White cell casts = renal tubule inflammation or infection, acute pyelonephritis (UTI ascension)
-Hyaline casts = MC in NL urine; Benign, concentrated urine, pre-renal
-RBC casts = glomerular dz, bleeding, nephritic
-Granular casts = tubular damage
-Fatty casts = nephrotic

Zamanında Usmle sınav sonuç raporumu bilgisayarıma indirmemiştim. Şimdi sonuçlar lazım oldu, görebilmek için 80 dolar ödemem gerekiyor :D Kapitalizm bambaşka bir şey ya
