Been plateaued for so long I’m caving and going back to real heavy lifting and protein filled meals. I got toast with egg/tuna salad mixed with spinach. Two jerky sticks and a cup of Fairlife protein milk. All together that’s like 57 grams of protein I’m getting my ass back
