We're so looking forward to seeing Year 2 from Purfleet Primary Academy here at #RSPBRainham Marshes tomorrow. We'll be investigating why plants smell and delving into the depths of our ponds to see what lives there. Bert is practising his pond dipping in readiness. See you all soon! 💚
Black-tailed Godwits have been piling into #RSPBFrampton today. With 35 on the reedbeds and 300+ on Middle Scrape this evening! 📈🤯

Large patch of these lovely pink flowers with yellow centres, blooming near the water's edge at RSPB Ouse Fen (Earith). From a distance we thought it was clover but obviously it isn't. #wildflowerID help needed again. wildflowerhour BSBI: Botanical Society of Britain & Ireland RSPB
There's lots to look out for on the reserve at the moment with great views of Bitterns, Otters, Ospreys & Marsh Harriers being regular, along with a wonderful selection of waders and the ever-popular Spoonbills at the Eric #Morecambe pools!
