“In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength.”

Taubah (repentance) clears the slate between you and Allah, it sets things right between you and the Creator, but NOT between you and the person you’ve wronged. Taubah clears you of your sins but it does NOT free you from real life consequences.

If you knew the profound freedom and restoration that comes with earnest repentance to which Father gives place, you would cut off all that causes you to stay shackled and run like your life depended on it to the throne of grace to confess and experience His infinite love, mercy…
