Frustrating thing about PCBWay lately: if I have fab notes, it hangs up the order. And whenever I ask why the order is stuck, they just ask if the order should be per the online order or if there is anything that needs to change.

PLCC 84 plug update:

JLCPCB - requires $45 for side plating
PCBWay - their option costs $15, but they still don't understand, even though I've explained the manufacturing process step-by-step THREE times.
Multech PCB - they understood perfectly and told me what I needed to do.

USB to RS232
This is a program verification board. The main verification content is the function of #USB to #RS232 signal. One end is a USB plug and the other end is a #DB9 female #connector , which can be directly plugged in.
