This is a pavement, believe it or not, totally obstructed by a post office van & look at the angle at which this car is parked ! It’s multiple instances of pavement parking obstruction daily now.

Last Saturday on Southend seafront.
He said I should use the cycle lane, which was about a 6 or 7' drop down!
Also, on a nice day as it was, the cyclists are going along there very fast.
In the end I had no choice and almost tipped out of my wheelchair!
