THU: once the theme is discovered (which happened early for me), this becomes really easy. For me the theme is too obvious for a THU. And I’m annoyed when themes hand you chunks of answers.

The grid is smooth - just too easy for a THU.

WED: very strange theme. I think the theme (1) is not too difficult to pull off from a constructor standpoint and (2) doesn’t make the solve more enjoyable. So - why?

I somehow didn’t even notice the theme until I was done. So it played as an easy-ish themeless.

THU: not sure why, but I really struggled. So much so I actually bothered to figure out the theme whilst solving.

SW was totally blank for awhile. Knew almost none of the proper nouns. 34A is 🤷‍♂️and only marginally inferable. Knowing that would’ve really helped.
