ReactJS or NextJS ??

Trying really hard to be positive about having to learn NextJS for a front end take home assessment. Sure, I’d love to know it…but this is going to take more than the recommended 4 hours and why can’t things ever just be front end?

nextjs gets 400 req/s when rendering a hello world

this is 170x slower than rendering the same thing with pure react
