By my understanding Justice Lee gives Lehrmann till to 31 May 2024 to appeal. By appealing the below, it seems Lehrmann admits sex occurred by default of making the appeal and argument then becomes about consent. In doing so Lehrmann perjures himself that he lied and sex happened

Linda Reynolds allowed Lehrmann to continue working in APH even though he was behaving in a predatory manner towards Higgins, covered up Higgins' rape, persecuted and humiliated the victim and now wants an apology from Higgins? I can imagine this will go down well with the judge.

Brittany Higgins is trying to push her court case with Fiona Reynolds back. This, after Justice Lee's judgement was that Lehrmann raped Ms Higgins but Senator Reynolds & Fiona Brown, had not been part of any cover up. Higgins & Sharaz must be very worried & so they should be.
