This is just atrocious behaviour by Lambeth Council .
I hope they consider their actions up to this point and how they could have acted differently to resolve things sooner.
Just having the humility to correct the original bill would have been a simple step!

At this point I'd be asking her to step in to ensure that Lambeth pays the fees given that it's their incompetence and bullying that caused the judge to immediately throw out the case.

Lambeth council thinks this car park a few minutes from Brixton town centre would be ideal for housing.

There's a petition objecting because apparently building houses a 5 min walk from tube and rail stations will result in more road traffic.
