HAES originally meant encouraging everyone to engage in healthy habits (balanced diet, exercise, etc) without WL being the only objective

Over time it's meaning changed to be “every weight is healthy” which ofc isn't true

I absolutely despise HAES !! even if your bloodwork is normal, youre still putting excess strain on your heart (increased body mass = heart has to work harder to pump blood) and joints (gravity exists and the more you weigh, the more force is exerted on your joints)
