BTW, an EpiPen this badly expired, while potentially assisting slightly with anaphylaxis (I imagine some of the epinephrine would still be useful) it could also cause rapid-onset encephalits and kill you pretty fucking dead - and would be pure agony the entire time.

Did you know the benefits of epinephrine in allergy far outweigh the risk if a dose isn't needed? An unnecessary dose may cause a temporary increase in heart rate and blood pressure, but epinephrine is metabolized quickly so the effects won't last long. Epinephrine saves lives.
