With around 80,000 young #blackmen in London, they have the highest #unemployment rate amongst all #youngpeople , regardless of qualifications.
Today is the first day of #BlackHistoryMonth , in which we celebrate achievements by black people. We acknowledge that despite progress that has been made, there is still a long way to go and ELBA will continue supporting Black communites through projects like The Parity Project
