เราเคยทำวิจัยศึกษากลไกหนึ่ง (เป็นหนึ่งในหลายๆกลไกของการดื้อยาค่ะ) คือเชื้อมันสามารถสร้างเกราะป้องกันให้ตัวเองได้ด้วยนะคะ เรียกว่า Biofilms แล้วคอมมูฯแบคก็อาศัยอยู่ในนั้น ยาเข้าถึงได้ยากกว่าเดิม ยิ่งอยู่กันในนั้นน้องแบคก็ยิ่งสามารถแลกเปลี่ยนยีนดื้อยากันได้อย่างสนุกสนาน
