Follow-up: We confirmed flow around the LSA branch on arteriogram and coil embolized the 1A endoleak path/proximal false lumen. Here is a 9 month follow-up CT of that procedure. Note the aneurysm is gone and the FL is thrombosed through the entire thoracic aorta. #AortaEd
