Men will do everything but take responsibility. Most companies and multinationals are run by men. Most of the Mother’s Day campaigns you see are planned and organised by women, sometimes months beforehand.
June is men’s mental health month. How many men have talked about it?
I singlehandedly pushed for a whole campaign on Women's History Month this March at work. There was no way I would be writing stories and doing campaigns all year, without a month for women. The pushback I got? The meetings I did? Bringing my teammates on my side?😭
